Crawlspace in Columbia Affected By House Fire

When a home or business suffer a large fire loss, there is water damage included.  Any water the fire department has used to extinguish the fire will greatly affect the inside of the house, and the crawlspace as well.  The crawlspace will have to be addressed just as the inside will be addressed. A water mitigation is performed to remove the water, then fans are strategically place to help provide the safest and quickest drying of the crawlspace.  Upon completion of drying the crawlspace a sand blaster is used to remove soot, and smoke odors.  If the smoke odors are not removed the home will continue to have a smoke odor.  At SERVPRO we want to get you back to "Like it never even happened."
