Ceiling Sprinkler System Fails At A Commercial Property in Columbia

At is not unusual for a commercial property to have a maintenance technician that keeps up the maintenance  at one or more properties. It is not hard to have a sprinkler system fall between the cracks when it comes to maintaining them.  Without proper maintenance by a certified sprinkler company there is a chance that at some point in time there will be a line failure such as the one at this loft apartment.  The line broke in the bedroom and the pressure was strong enough to knock the paint off the wall which was fortunately cinder block under the paint.  The property manager, and renter were excited at how quickly SERVPRO had them back to "Like it never even happened."
