SERVPRO Is Called To A Water Loss At A Business In West Columbia

When a water line fails it can be for several different reasons.  If a line is improperly installed it well not last the duration of the time you expected. Pipes that are not properly winterized can freeze and then rupture. This business is located in an older building and while the building is still being used it is hard to determine a time, and location of a potential ruptured pipe.  It is very unsettling to arrive at the office that has suffered water damage during the night.  The water line burst half way up the wall spreading water throughout the entire office.  SERVPRO immediately responded and performed a water mitigation, and then a mold remediation to prevent mold.  The customer was happy to be back in business "Like it never even happened."
