We are so grateful for the opportunity to support local small business and SERVPRO did not disappoint. They were so nice and helpful when scheduling. They were running ahead of schedule the day of service and made sure to call ahead. We have almost 20 year old tile that needed freshening up and it looks practically new again! They even cleaned our fiberglass tub in the bathroom that was not included as part of the “tile and grout” cleaning. My only regret is that we didn’t call sooner to get this done. We are so pleased and would recommend to anyone!

Alton Martin was my serviceman today in Blythewood. He was so patient with me and all of my questions. He was thorough with his explanations and I would highly recommend him and this company. I will rest better tonight knowing that this has been taken care of. I told Alton that he was my HERO! Thank you!  

 

SERVPRO did an awesome job! We had a moment of issue with timing, but they were quit to fix it. They take care of their people!

Alton Martin and his team were exceptional in conducting the process of removing flooring, carpeting etc. damaged by a burst pipe in our bathroom. The most important thing to me was the empathy shown knowing I was a bit stressed as my house was being packed up for who knows how long. I would highly recommend this company and their employees for your next unexpected plumbing disaster.

Brian and Troy were at my house yesterday and cleaned the tile and grout in 2 bathrooms, entry foyer and kitchen area. They did a great job! I think the floors look better now than when they were first installed.
